Exchange Charges: – A one-way charge of ₹100 is applicable for the exchange process.
Discounted Products Refund: – If a discounted product is returned during a sale, only the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
Exchange Pickup: – Once the exchange request is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 3 days. – If your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the product to us.
Exchange Product Delivery: – The exchange product will be shipped only after the original product is received at our warehouse and passes our quality checks. – Please expect the exchange delivery to be completed within 15-20 days.
Return Policy
Timeframe for Return Request: – Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects within 3 days of delivery. Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
Return for Sale Items: – Sale items are non-returnable.
